Our salt extracts are extracted from Atlantic sea salt from which the sodium chloride (table salt) has been removed through a specially developed process. It contains more than 85 minerals and trace elements. What makes these salt extracts in NACAR so special is that their composition is almost identical to that of our blood plasma. This is no coincidence, because ultimately all life originated in the sea.

Minerals and Trace Elements in NACAR:

The seaweed algae extracts in NACAR come from macroalgae (brown and red algae) and plankton. They are extracted without heating, leaving the structures of the amino acids, fatty acids and bioactive components unaffected.

Amino acids form the basis of proteins and play an essential role in our body. Our body cannot produce some amino acids itself and must get them from our diet. These amino acids are crucial for the construction of proteins and other biological processes.

An example for clarification: 

When a cow eats grass, it can break down plant proteins into amino acids in the rumen and then use these amino acids to make “cow proteins”. In the same way, a fish can eat plankton and produce “fish proteins” from the same amino acids.
