The NACAR test:

The test is recommended for anyone who wants to gain more insight into their health status and the possible contribution of NACAR to their well-being. The test can be performed by people of all health levels, regardless of whether they are healthy, have complaints, are ill, actively exercise, or have other lifestyles. Age is not a limitation!
During a 30-day period, one NACAR capsule is taken with the main meal. Your blood values will be measured on both day 0 and day 30. It is very important that you keep your lifestyle as consistent as possible during this period, so that any changes in blood values can be directly attributed to the use of NACAR.
We have selected specific biomarkers, and we recommend choosing 2 to 4 of these biomarkers that are most relevant to your situation. You pay directly to Bloedwaardentest.nl for the tests and then receive the test kits and the NACAR at home.
- Homa IR (indication of the enzymatic action in metabolic processes) HOMA IR – Blood Value Test BV
- Hs-CRP (indication of low-grade chronic inflammation) hs-CRP inflammation or infection (hs.-CRP) – Blood Value Test BV
- Q10 (indication of vitality and energy level) Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone) – Blood Value Test BV
- Glutathione (indication of detoxification capacity) Glutathione total – Blood Value Test BV
- Prescreening IgG, IgG4, total IgE (indication for different types of allergies and food intolerances) RP pre-screening + IgE What can I eat? – Blood Value Test BV
- IgE food intolerance pre-scan 20 (Indication for food allergy or intolerances of 20 types of food groups if Prescreening shows that IgE values are elevated) What can I eat Allergy IgE small – Blood Value Test BV
*The results are completely anonymous and numbered and your privacy is guaranteed.
In regular care, the focus is often more on treating symptoms than on prevention. Your health insurance is unlikely to cover the cost of the NACAR test. But especially for this test, our partner (Bloedwaardentest.nl) offers a discount of 10% on the blood value tests mentioned above (code: NACAR10).
The first 100 participants will receive free NACAR capsules (maximum 1 pack per person) after purchasing the tests. We encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Phasing of the NACAR test:
Phase 1 (Base): 1 month
- A blood test is performed to measure the hs CRP and homa IR values.
- You start by taking the NACAR capsules for 30 days (1 capsule during the main meal).
- After 30 days, blood is taken again to measure both the hs CRP and homa IR values.
Phase 1 (Completely) 2 months
- An extensive blood test is carried out in which the hs CRP and homa IR value are measured, together with Q10 and glutathione.
- You start by taking the NACAR capsules for 30 days (1 capsule during the main meal).
- After 30 days, blood is taken again to measure the stated values (hs CRP + homa IR + Q10 + Glutathione).
It is critical that your diet and lifestyle change as little as possible during phase 1 so that the effectiveness of NACAR can be evaluated. After completion of this first phase, it often appears that the blood values have improved. In that case, further tests are not necessary for the time being and we recommend continuing to use NACAR daily. It is advisable to continue testing your blood levels periodically to monitor your health.
If the blood values have not demonstrably improved after one month, it may be decided to continue using NACAR for an additional month. A flu or cold can disrupt the injection times. Then a second injection should provide relief.
If the desired results are not achieved, it is necessary to determine the cause. In most cases it will appear that food intolerances and/or allergies play a role and disrupt the metabolism. In phase 2, possible adjustments to your diet will be examined in consultation with our nutritionists or your therapist or doctor.
Phase 2 (follow-up) : 3 months
This phase is performed if phase 1 shows that the inflammatory values have not decreased after 30 or 60 days, or when there are suspicions of food intolerances.
- A blood test is carried out in which the CRP values are measured and a pre-screening takes place for allergies and/or intolerances (IgG, IgG4, IgE total)
- You will have a consultation with a nutritionist to discuss possible adjustments to your diet, based on the results of the pre-screening that may reveal any food allergies and intolerances.
- A screening follows for the most common 20 food allergens.
- You continue to take NACAR capsules for 90 days (1 capsule during the main meal of the modified diet)
- After 30 days, blood is taken again to measure the hs CRP values.
- You will have a second consultation with the nutritionist to discuss the results and consider any further adjustments to your lifestyle.

Additional information about the NACAR test and scientific substantiation of the effectiveness of NACAR.
Blood tests provides significant information about an individual's health and plays a crucial role in diagnosing conditions and monitoring overall health. It can reveal whether inflammation or infections are present in the body, provide insight into the functioning of vital organs such as the kidneys, liver and pancreas and provide information about metabolic processes and any signs of organ damage or nutritional deficiencies. By regularly having certain biomarkers tested and monitored for a certain period of time, we can gain valuable insights into our health.
Biomarkers are the measurable molecules that can effectively signal changes in physiological processes, such as inflammation, metabolism, hormone levels and blood lipids. Based on the results, we can assess the state of health and detect any changes in our body before noticeable symptoms appear. This provides the opportunity to take proactive measures to improve our health, including diet and lifestyle adjustments, as well as the use of supplements and nutraceuticals.
The biomarkers we test for include:
hs CRP: (High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein) This protein is produced in the liver in response to low-grade inflammation in the body. These inflammations are associated with an increased risk of various chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and certain forms of cancer. Low-grade inflammation can go unnoticed for months to years and contribute to the development and progression of several conditions.
Homa IR (Homeostasis Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance): Homa IR provides insight into the functioning of the pancreas and the risk of conditions such as type 2 diabetes and other metabolic disorders. The pancreas produces enzymes for the digestion of proteins), fats and carbohydrates. These enzymes can only work properly if they can obtain the necessary minerals and trace elements from food. Because modern diets are often deficient in these minerals and trace elements, it is essential to consume the complete spectrum of easily absorbable minerals and trace elements from NACAR. This allows enzymes to fully perform their work, ensuring that metabolism runs smoothly and nutrition is broken down and absorbed efficiently, which helps prevent various (autoimmune) diseases.
Glutathione: Glutathione is a crucial molecule involved in the body's detoxification process. A glutathione deficiency can lead to oxidative stress, which can contribute to the development of several diseases, including cancer, Alzheimer's, diabetes and liver disease. An increased level of glutathione, on the other hand, can contribute to better health and reduced risk of disease. Glutathione is produced in the liver and consists of various amino acids and minerals. It acts as an important antioxidant and plays a crucial role in making and keeping the body healthy.
Q10: (Coenzyme Q10), also known as Ubiquinone is a coenzyme and powerful antioxidant. It also acts as a precursor of important metabolic reactions, especially the production of energy in the form of ATP. When the body is unable to produce sufficient Q10, for example due to illness, aging or unhealthy lifestyle, fatigue and weakness can occur. A healthy Q10 level is essential for an energetic and vital feeling.
Pre-screening allergies and intolerances (IgG, IgG4, IgE total):
These biomarkers provide insight into possible allergies, such as those to house dust mites, hay fever or nickel (IgG, IgG4). A screening is also performed for reactions to 7 basic food groups (IgE total). If the IgE values are elevated, further screening for food allergies and intolerances is performed.
Follow-up screening for food allergies and intolerances (IgE specific 20)
This biomarker measures the levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE), an antibody that our body produces in response to certain foods, insects, poison or pollen. This test specifically focuses on the main allergens in food (such as milk, wheat, peanut, tomato, pineapple, fish and chicken proteins), and can be further expanded if desired. Having a food allergy also increases the risk of low-grade inflammation in the body.
